Available from May 2027, this charming countryside home offers a peaceful and authentic Messinian experience, surrounded by olive trees, nature and the simple beauty of life in the Greek countryside.

Designed for up to 5 guests, the house combines traditional character with the comforts of a home away from home. It features two bedrooms, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while the private balcony offers a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet evening surrounded by nature.

Outside, a large private garden creates your own little corner of the countryside. There is also a traditional BBQ area, perfect for long, relaxed meals with family and friends — cooking, sharing and enjoying food at your own pace, just as we do at Agrikies.

A little more space, a little more privacy

In the same garden, but completely independent from the main house, there is a second small home accommodating up to 3 guests. This makes the property an ideal choice for two families, a group of friends or grandparents travelling together while still wanting their own private space.

Guests staying in both homes are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool at Agrikies Country Retreat, located just a short walk away. There is no need for a car — you simply follow the path through the countryside and arrive at the pool, surrounded by olive trees.

This is not a conventional holiday rental. It is a place to slow down, breathe, cook, swim, walk among the olive trees and reconnect with the simple pleasures of country life.
