Worst experience we had in Greece. First of all it’s not 4* as its stated (be careful when you book it). The price and quality ratio does not match. We came in the evening with the only wish to take shower after long hot day, but lovely girl from reception said that no electricity in the house. Room we had was without windows, so you can not charge the phone, you can not go to shower, you can not do nothing there. The only answer we get- it’s not our fault, it’s municipality. We don’t blame hotel, but if you have this kind of problem regularly (as said girl from reception), you must provide alternative for your guests or to inform them before coming, that today we have electricity problem. We had not refundable rate of the room, and they charged fully 2 nights. I believe in „force majeure“ situation like this, the rules must be changed. especially considering That we stayed there only for half hour, because we booked other hotel and left this „nice“ place.

One of the worst hotel experiences. First of all, for your own sake don’t eat anything there, especially breakfast, with my girlfriend we got food poison, a carte we didn’t try, based on the bad breakfast experience, and also it was way overpriced. Bar is not the actual bar is a bench of incompetent people who pretends they know what they do without having actual idea about alcohols or cocktails. Also you can forget about speaking any other language then Greek, which even for some of the employees was too difficult. Rooms were nice I’m guessing when they were made, now after the time they are far from good condition. Even after mail confirmation of hypoallergenic rooms, they were definitely not, I barley could stay in them. Complains and claims weren’t considered by the hotel stuff at all, they even tried to pick aggressive argument about what I was telling them. The only good thing about the place is they marketing strategy. Strongly not recommending the place, better sleep in the black tent under full sun.

Attention - Are you looking for overpriced, badly maintained accommodation for your next holiday? If you answered yes, then this may be the place for you! Our family holiday was derailed after arriving to our booked ‘suite’ that was clearly not an appropriate size for our party of eight and a small baby - four single beds hastily plonked in a kitchen, come lounge, come dining room was not what was billed on the website. The false advertising did not stop there though. Improperly installed showers, loose wiring, chairs on the edge of collapse unfortunately did not live up to the boutique billing. Don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty of upside to this place. A beautiful view, (some) friendly staff and a hearty breakfast of fresh juice and local pastries. However - all the potential of this property seems to be undermined by an owner unwilling to properly manage the facilities or show common decency to the guests. Due to the misrepresentation of the room and a family emergency to deal with, we were forced to cut our stay short. This then led to aggression and unconscionable threats. Don’t be deceived by reviews left by ‘local guides’ - these are nothing more than cheap attempts to salvage their poor reputation. Take the time to read the real reviews and decide for yourself if this is really the place you’d like to spend your well earned holiday. Unless of course second rate is what you are after.

Me and my boyfriend had such a wonderful five nights here. Great views, pool area, rocky beach near and friendly staff and owners. Would recommend ! It’s super relaxing and rural - you need a car for sure - but they also do food there which is nice to have the option. Lovely local breakfasts and Greek iced coffees whenever you want. We also watched the sunrise from our terrace one day. Before we arrived I was a bit worried about the reviews making me wary of a challenging owner and dilapidated outdoor space but we didn’t have this experience at all - the owner was sweet and friendly and the upkeep of the hotel was great.

Really quite dire, mostly because.of the awful owner and the miss-selling of the facilities. The pictures on the website show sparkling swimming pools. They are sal water (which is fine) and murky. The website shows a swimming deck hy the sea - does not exist. There us no access to the sea. You can get to the coast, but you can't swim from it. The pictures show a well maintained hotel - it isn't. Bare wiring, plywood by the pools and in one area, peeling concrete floors and in one area the reinforcing rods were showing through the concrete. Many of the chairs were held together with cable ties. The first cot they provided didn't stay up and when they did find one that worked, they didn't provide sheets that fit. We needed rooms for a large party at short notice and when we rang, we were sold a 'suite' that supposedly had two rooms plus a lounge. 'Comfortable for 6 adults'. NOT - it was like a youth hostel, with 4 adults sharing one small room. (These were the only rooms available) The toilet in the double room was flushed via a rubber tube with a clothes peg on it. And some of the sockets didn't work. There was a faint smell of sewage around the lower areas of the hotel. It was not as sold to us. So we left. The owner threatened us with the police, twice and was incredibly aggressive. Malevolent, I would say. Because I needed to leave quickly due to a family emergency, I split the difference and paid for a day we didn't use. Whatever, we just needed to get to Athens and on a plane home, urgently. The good things: The views are spectacular. The staff (other than the aggressive owner) were sweet and helpful. The air conditioning in the double room was effective and incredibly quiet. The breakfast wasn't bad at all (very nice spanakopita). It was clean (although the overall dilapidation was off-putting). This place could be amazing but it is utterly spoiled by poor maintenance, misrepresentation on the website and an inhospitable host. Such a shame. Not sure where the 'local guides ' were staying!
