My husband and I traveled around Greece for 2 weeks and one of our most memorable hotel stays was Ink Hotels in Rethymno. The location is right in by the Venetian port and a short walk to lovely beaches. Tons of festivities and restaurants immediately outside your hotel room, yet it was surprisingly quiet inside the room. Excellent air conditioning and very clean and comfortable room. A staff member was available until late in the evening, Manolis, who was incredibly helpful helping us locate parking in the late evening when the streets are filled with crowds for nightly street markets and live music. Lovely hotel and lovely port town.

I really advise you not to come to this hotel separately if you don't want to sleep! The bedding is very uncomfortable, hard as concrete. The rooms are extremely small and are not like the pictures. The noise of bars/restaurants with music at full volume is quite disturbing for sleep (music until 4am) No information of bar presence and noises was specified in the ad in order to be informed. One of the worst hotels I have done!

Stayed here for three nights end of August in room 12. The bathroom is super small. The balcony is rather useless, as it faces the courtyard. The hotel feels like a shoebox of rooms, packed into a small space. Location is great, very central in the old town and still quiet. In our room, the shower was broken. As was the toilet flush, both of which we reported to reception but which was not fixed. Also, no warm water in the evenings. There are far better places to stay in Rethymno than here.

Great place to stay in Rethymno! I stayed at Ink Hotels in August during peak tourist season. Staying here was an excellent choice because it was within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions, making it easy to avoid sitting in traffic or having to venture far for activities. The WiFi, and A/C work well, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable and the bathroom is nice and clean. Definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at INK Hotel’s House of Europe property while attending the European Business History Association's conference at the Institute of Mediterranean Studies in Crete. The service at the hotel was outstanding, with every detail thoughtfully managed to provide quick and seamless assistance to us conference attendees. A special thanks to Guest Service Associates Konstantinos and Nikol for their unwavering dedication and prompt responses to every request, no matter the time. I’m already looking forward to returning, and these two definitely deserve a raise. Cheers!
