Urban Picnic 2024

The Urban Picnic returns to Athens on May 1 to mark the start of the This is Athens - City Festival and the arrival of summer. 

Young and old will have the opportunity to celebrate the start of May in the park of Plato’s Academy with entertainment, educational workshops, children's shows, kite displays and lots of music from favourite radio shows such as HiT 88.9, Enlefko 87.7 and RED 96.3, as well as other surprises.

The Urban Picnic is organised under the auspices of the Municipality of Athens as part of the This is Athens - City Festival.
