Welcome to Ammilos Cooking Experience!!!

Together with our cook you will prepare:

Non vegetarian menu

  • Dolmadakia (Rolled vine leaves stuffed with fragrant rice) with aromatic yogurt.
  • Greek Salad with fresh vegetables and Feta.
  • Traditional Moussaka the original way.
  • Fried feta with honey and sesame.
  • Ravani from Veria with sticky syrup and dried coconut.

OR

Vegetarian Menu

  • Dolmadakia (Rolled vine leaves stuffed with fragrant rice) with aromatic yogurt.
  • Greek Salad the original way.
  • Stuffed tomatoes and peppers with aromatic rice and herbs.
  • Fried feta with honey and sesame.
  • Ravani from Veria with sticky syrup.

Children up to 6 years old are welcome to our classes, free of charge!

Itinerary

A 4 hours hands on cooking class and tasting at Ammilos Cooking Experience,

with the complete guidance of our cook.

All participants have their own working place, interact during the class with the cook

and at the end of the class they enjoy their meal all together

and benefit from their extensive knowledge and culinary skills as they share insights and answer your questions.

Children up to 6 years old are welcome to our classes, free of charge!

  • Our recipes in Greek or English for each participant.
  • Use of aprons and equipment.
  • Training of the participants by the cook.
  • The ingredients that will be used.

  • Water,consumption of 2 glasses of wine and fresh juice for kids.
  • Coffee and loukoumi.

Not included

  • The presentation and recipes are in Greek or English. If there is a need for interpretation in another language there is an additional cost depending on the language required.
