We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel!🤩 The food is really good! The pizza and pizza maker are just great!❤️ The staff is so fresh and smiling! Stella in the restaurant is great! Perfect service!❤️ All the waitresses are really good too! Thank you for the great job!😍 It was a pleasure to go there for enjoying our meals every time! No long queues as well👍 Reception girls are so professional and kind!😍 And, of course, beautiful cleaning ladies from our 3rd floor! So creative, hardworking and kind! I am absolutely overwhelmed by our stay at the Mitsis Hotel in Rhodes! Everything is on the highest level the hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly organized. A very special thank you goes to Zara and her wonderful team. With so much heart, warmth, and attention, they made our holiday truly unforgettable. You can really feel the passion they put into their work and that creates this unique atmosphere of comfort and happiness. We would also like to thank Zara personally for her kindness, her wonderful spirit, and the loving way she is always there for the guests. She made our stay even more special. Our gratitude also goes to Amalia at the reception. With her kindness, warmth, and helpfulness, she made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Her caring nature added an extra touch of joy to our holiday. A big thank you as well to Antonio for his friendliness and attentiveness we truly appreciated it. This hotel is simply a dream, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely come back! 🤍

Perfect hotel with wonderful, attentive staff! We were upgraded from Mitsis La Vita to this property and could not have been happier. The service here felt far more polished and polite, with staff who were genuinely attentive throughout our stay. The amenities were noticeably more extensive, and the breakfast selection was much larger and of excellent quality. We would definitely recommend choosing this hotel over La Vita — it made a huge difference to our holiday experience!

People before everything else: I will start from the People that are behind this hotel and made our stay an unforgettable and lovely experience: the Team consisting of Aida, Marianthis, Iliana, Amalia, Zara, Maria, Ersi, Mike, Popi, Michael (the swimming pool lifeguard), Violetta, Tsampika, Konstantinos, Nektarios, Demian, Aldo, Fabiola, Anthonis and Apostolis made each one in their way our holidays as pleasant as possible and cuddled our small baby as if he were their own. Our small baby was 9 months old and this was his first holiday; yet everything went well 😊 Type of formula: We booked with the All Inclusive Formula which includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Swimming Pool Bar, Indoor Bar and Sunbeds with umbrellas in the Western shore and towels that you can use both inside and outside of the hotel. Rooms: At a first sight you feel that the rooms need to be renewed but after the first day this feeling is taken over but the comforts that the room provides you with: good rigidity single materasses (I would replace single ones with a twin for double rooms though), A/C, baby cradle for free on request. Our room was with sea view and big balcony which allowed us to relax while our baby was sleeping in his cradle inside of the room. In the room we found more than the essentials: there were also 4 different cosmetics in the bathroom (body soap, hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion) Service: The level of service was top notch, any our request was met in the blink of an eye, no matter if I'm the room, at the restaurant, at the swimming pool or at the reception. We were treated as more than simple customers, we felt part of a family. The attention to small details was very high. Location: The location is quite comfortable especially if you do not want to rent a car because you have a very small baby: the old city is just 20 minutes on foot from the hotel and the beaches are at less than 10 minutes (there are two shores, the Western usually quite windy and the Eastern almost waveless, from which you can admire both sunrise and sunset). We thank also the restaurant Chef that cooked the food for our small one (both blended and plain meals) for both lunch and dinner. Thanks to him we had one less thing to think about for our baby. Eventually, a Thank You from the heart to all the Mitsis Petit Palace Team that made the first holiday of our small one unforgettable and happy. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, very well isolated walls, so no random noises. The breakfast was amazing, lots of varieties of meals, fresh vegetables and fruits, good wine and the most important a very friendly team♥️so helpful, smiling and nice to us, it was a pleasure to go there for dinner and breakfast every day. Also it’s only 5-7 min by foot to the sea. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable♥️
