Stroll through the picturesque areas of Plaka and Anafiotika where you will taste a wide selection of olive oils, cheeses, and cured meats. For those coffee lovers that can drink it at any time of the day, smooth Greek coffee awaits you and for those that are worried they’ll be doing the ‘Syrtaki’ dance all night, a glass of homemade lemonade instead. Moving on, experience a local’s typical breakfast/snack of koulouri and bougatsa, freshly baked! You shouldn’t leave Athens without having experienced the culture of Greek mezze; little plates of delicious home-cooked treasures, all washed down with a shot of Raki.
