Tihio Race 2025

Exploring the lush landscapes of Tihio, in the Dorida region of Central Greece, the Tihio Race returns in 2025 to challenge and participants of all levels.

Taking place on three different dates in May and June, the Tihio Race offers routes to suit all abilities.

As well as mountain running courses ranging of 10, 20 and 30km, there are ultra-marathon courses of 75, 170 and 250km. There are also mountain bike races of 16 and 35km and a 16km trek for disabled athletes.

Inspired by the love of nature, sport and culture, in recent years the Tihio Mountain Race has in the past included cultural events and wellness activities.
