Spetsathlon 2025

The eagerly anticipated Spetsathlon returns to the charming island of Spetses from May 16 to 18, 2025, bringing with it one of Greece’s most exciting multisport weekends.

Open to both seasoned triathletes and enthusiastic amateurs, the event features a range of races to suit all levels:

• Spetses Triathlon Sprint: 750m swim, 25km cycle, 5km run
• Spetses Triathlon Endurance: 1,500m swim, 50km cycle, 10km run
• Open Water Swimming Races: 1km & 3km
• Cycling Race: 25km around the island
• 5K Run: A scenic coastal route

The weekend includes vibrant social events like the popular Melissa Pasta Night, combining great food with a relaxed island atmosphere. Participants can also take part in warm-up sessions led by top athletes such as Giannis Drymonakos.

Just 1.5 hours from Athens by ferry from Piraeus, Spetses is one of the Saronic Gulf’s most picturesque destinations—offering the perfect blend of sport, nature and a seaside escape.
