DISCOVER GREEK CUISINE

As part of the “Discover Greek Cuisine” programme, Aegean is giving its passengers the opportunity to enjoy a meal inspired by traditional recipes from the islands of Greece.

All passengers on international flights will have the chance to enjoy a meal from the Greek cuisine and Business Class passengers will be offered a choice of two hot meals. Business class passengers on domestic flights can enjoy a cold meal.

The menu includes special creations by chef Nikos Sarantos inspired by Greek traditional recipes, based on pure quality ingredients, ensuring a healthy and balanced diet. Mr.Sarantos has served as chairman of the Greek Chef's Club and of Eurotoque.

DISCOVER GREEK WINE

Aegean Airlines launches a new business class service on international flights under the concept of "Discovering Greek wine”. Business Class passengers on international flights as well as visitors to Business Class Lounges in Athens, Thessaloniki and Larnaka, will have the privilege to taste a range of selected wines. The purpose of this initiative is to promote Greek wines throughout Europe , and introduce to Aegean passengers leading Greek winemakers and the Greek wine varieties from regions around the country.

The advisor of Aegean for this project and responsible for the selection of wines is Mr. Konstantinos Lazarakis MW (Master of Wine).

Enter Greece features a number of entertainment videos created exclusively for our passengers to highlight the beauty of Greece. After take-off, AEGEAN's new channel, "Enter Greece", is displayed. The channel features a number of entertainment videos, from the film director Konstantinos Tseklenis, created exclusively for our passengers to highlight the beauty of Greece.

Traditional settlements, unique beaches, gastronomic delights, cultural heritage, impressive monuments and PDO products are just some of the topics of the entertainment videos.
